Kegel Klock Isometric Exercises can strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, which support the urethra, bladder, rectum and uterus in women.

Think of the pelvic floor muscles as being a little bit like your arm. You have biceps, triceps and forearm muscles making up your arms and each muscle performs a slightly different function yet altogether, this grouping of muscles allows your entire arm to function as one unit. Similarly, the pelvic floor muscles cover a wide area from your pubic bone to your tail bone and perform different functions. For our purposes, some muscles help support bladder function, some rectum function, some anus function, and some sexual function.
